and efficiency, making them ideal for materials with low bulk density and fine
particle requirements.
The Tumbler Screen’s design provides a 3-dimensional
elliptical motion, allowing for radial and tangential inclinations. This
intuitive motion enables fine particles to pass through the center of the
screens, while coarse particles are pushed to the periphery for discharge as
needed.
The simple yet
convenient design of our Tumbler Screen enhances efficiency and provides
economical outcomes. Its compact structure reduces space and manpower
requirements, cutting maintenance costs. The easily disassembled gyro sieves
simplify cleaning.
Meticulously designed for optimal efficiency, the vibro
screen processes high and low bulk density products, making it ideal for the
food and beverage, mineral and metallurgy, plastic, and chemical industries. It
ensures high-level gradation for low bulk density products like granules and
talc powder.

How it works
The Tumbler Sivtek operates by continuously feeding screening
material into the center of the top screen. From there, the material spreads
evenly across the entire screening surface. As the materials move in a circular
motion, finer particles pass through the center of the screen while coarse
particles are pushed to the periphery. The separated fractions are then
discharged through lateral outlets.
