Transforming our single-motored inline separators, the Inline Dual Motor® is a powerful Vibro Screen that enhances circular motion for optimal screening performance. It excels in processing fine mesh products and significantly reduces screening time.

Equipped with two vertically mounted motors, the Inline Dual Motor® increases vibration and output capacity. The combined vertical and horizontal vibrations move the material in a circular motion, accelerating the sieving process. The machine's high functionality lies in its acute design, with a centrally installed inlet and discharge outlet reducing material movement and cutting screening time.

The simple, convenient design of the Inline Dual Motor® increases efficiency and delivers economical outcomes. Its compact structure reduces space and manpower requirements, cutting maintenance costs. Easily disassembled gyro sieves simplify cleaning, making it ideal for evaluating your processing line's screening performance.

You can customize the inline vibro sifter to a more compact sieve, securing your material from contamination and reducing human interaction. The Inline dual motor excels in various processing roles, including raw material screening, in-process screening, pre-packaging screening, and de-dusting.

Enhance and calibrate the Inline Sifter with add-ons and customization options. Available in mirror and bead blast finishes, you can also add an ultrasonic de-blinding system, clamping system, and castor wheels to boost efficiency for your screening needs.

How it works

The Inline Sivtek Dual Motor® is designed with a bottom outlet directly underneath the top inlet, reducing the machine's minimum height requirements and making it more compact. The two imbalance weight gravity motors create a 3D motion, churning the material in a circular motion to increase throughput. Additionally, the inlets and outlets of this dual-motor separator can be customized to fit your existing piping infrastructure, enhancing its adaptability and efficiency.
