Description

The robustly designed Twin Roto Sifter is ideal for separating fine particles from larger ones in products with low bulk density and performs well with high bulk density products.

With two high-powered centrifugal sifters in a compact framework, it significantly boosts production capacity, matching the output of two rotary sifters with a three-bearing cantilever design. It also offers smoother and more efficient cleaning than conventional rotary screeners.

A key feature is its dual-standard motor, generating twice the centrifugal force, reducing processing time and power consumption. Its design allows easy attachment to existing plant infrastructure, enhancing efficiency.

The Twin Roto Sifter® operates with minimal noise, maintaining levels below 80DB, much quieter than conventional sifters. It consumes less power and emits no extra vibrations, ensuring a smooth process.

Ideal for high-powered screening in contamination-free and hygienic environments, its compact and concealed design supports dust-free operations and high hygiene standards without leaks. The machine can rotate 360° for easy inspection.

How it works

One of the highlights of the Roto Sifters’ ingenious design is its capability for dust-tight processing and the option to operate in a vacuum-packed environment if needed. The beater bars generate centrifugal force, propelling the screening material against the mesh and separating it by particle sizes. The cantilever design maintains a hygienic environment while minimizing sound emission.
