The Super Separator is a high-powered vibrating sieving machine that generates up to three times more vibration than conventional machines, offering higher throughput for ultra-fine mesh. It accurately separates up to five levels of particle gradations in a single operation and has a sieving capacity of up to 500 units without breakdown.

This compact machine, with its high-capacity vibrations, is ideal for efficient industrial sieving. Adjustable motor weights and rotating angles produce high-force vibrations for challenging sieving tasks. It features a robust bearing housing with side-mounted motors operating on a belt and pulley mechanism.

Manufactured and polished with high-quality SS 304 and 316L steel, the Super separators come in various finishes, including mirror, paint, brush, and bid blast, to meet diverse industry requirements. They are suitable for dry and wet applications like silica, tapioca starch, coffee beans, and silver and copper powder. Available in multiple sizes, they cater to versatile clientele.

How it works

The intense vibrations in the Super Separator are generated by weights mounted on the shaft ends attached to the vibratory agent. The upper weight directs the screening motion, while the lower weight creates vertical vibrations, pushing material toward the periphery. By calibrating these weights, you can achieve diverse vibration behaviours for optimal product screening.
