Mild Steel complete California Pellet Mill currently used to produce cat litter from a wood biomass wood base product at a rate of 400 to 500 Kg per hour. 

Basic description: Mild steel sack tipping hopper with DCE dust collector, belt and bucket elevator about 6 m to horizontal feeder, to conditioner, to rotary pellet mill machine number 2000 -125- 250 with tooling to produce 5.2 mm dia pellets.  With inner ring 400 mm dia currently fitted with 37 kW drive motor [with the original 125 Hp motor.  If re used on the mill can increase through puts to 800 to 900 KG per Hour.  Plus spare pellet ring and 3 sets of rollers available as spares.]  This then feeds the belt cooler 1,700 mm x 4,600 mm long Model 5 HRA - 18 SD.  Which feeds the second belt and bucket elevator to fill the discharge hopper, with sack weigher and sack bar sealer.  The cooler has extraction system and cyclone to catch and recycle the fines.  With original control system.  The unit is mounted on a mild steel single floor platform.  Overall size about 6,000 mm x 12,000 mm x  8,000 mm tall.
