250L S/S Giusti Vacuum Cooker
Product Description:
The 250L S/S Giusti Vacuum Cooker is ideal for industrial cooking applications requiring vacuum conditions. This cooker features a stainless steel jacketed hemispherical chamber with a diameter of 800mm and a depth of 910mm, equipped with a hinged lid. The jacket is designed for a working pressure of 5.5 bar and tested up to 8.25 bar, ensuring reliable performance. Built in 1984, the unit includes a side-mounted 0.75kw geared driven scraped anchor stirrer for thorough mixing. The overall size of the cooker is 1,100mm x 1,200mm x 2,300mm tall, complemented by a stainless steel working platform with safety rails and the original controller panel. The vacuum cooker was originally used on a food flavorings product.
