Product Description:

This 1,660L Kek Gardner Type 2500E Plough Shear Mixer is a high-performance horizontal mixer, previously used in the food industry. It is well-suited for intensive mixing of powders, granules, and pastes, especially where thermal control and shear blending are required.

The stainless steel chamber is jacketed for heating or cooling, rated at 40 PSI working pressure and 70 PSI test pressure. It measures 1,350mm in diameter and 2,000mm long, driven by a 75kw geared motor. The mixer includes two 5.5kw, 2,880rpm refiner/cutter blades with a port available for a third. Mounted on a mild steel frame with 500mm ground clearance.
