Product Description:
The 4,000L Stainless Steel 316L Jacketed Vertical Reactor is ideal for high-capacity industrial processes in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The reactor chamber supports a design pressure of 6 bar and full vacuum, tested to 9.39 bar at 130°C. The jacket handles a design pressure of 9 bar and full vacuum, tested to 14 bar.
Built to ASME VIII Div 1995 standards, the reactor features a 316L stainless steel chamber with a diameter of 1,600mm and a depth of 2,800mm, with dish-shaped top and bottom. It includes a 4 kW motor driving a stirrer at 117 RPM, with three paddles and four internal baffles for efficient mixing. The reactor stands 4,600mm tall on a platform measuring 7m x 4m x 4.2m.
