Product Description:

This 2,300L Stainless Steel Jacketed Mixer, Type SWDN-2000, offers high-performance mixing capabilities with a robust design. The chamber measures 1,400mm in diameter and 1,500mm deep, featuring a dish top and bottom for a total chamber height of 2,000mm. Equipped with an 11 kW anchor paddle at 42 rpm with PTFE hinged scrapers and a 45 kW sawtooth mixer blade running at 1,440 rpm, this combination mixer ensures efficient and thorough processing of materials.

Mounted on four legs with load cells providing 800mm ground clearance, the mixer also includes a control panel with digital speed control and a start-stop feature for ease of use. The unit is complemented by a galvanized mild steel working platform measuring 2,500mm x 4,100mm x 2,500mm tall, complete with access stairs and safety rails.
