hood, acrylic covers, and lower half of the machine complete with SS Cover in GMP
Modeland in standard model top hood and lower half of the machine with MS color
painted. This reduces the noise level and to & fro flow of dust between compression
zone and machine room.

There will be one process applied on turret called ELNP which will form a very thin layer
onthe turret. It will ensure lesser chances of Turret getting rusted due to outside
moisture
/humid condition and thus increased the durability.

A) While machine is on, we can increase decrease the RPM Speed of the machine as
percustomized requirement.
B) It will save motor form getting unwanted load during power fluctuation and thus
canensure durability.

There will be detachable electrical panel provided with Machine, which will be with all
electrical components i.e. ACVF drive, relay, contactor etc.. So it will reduce the chances of
contamination. And while cleaning the bottom parts of the machine, electrical
component will have reduced chances of getting affected due to dust and other outside
objects.
