This stainless steel twin-shaft mixer is designed for efficient and uniform mixing. Featuring 28 interrupted paddles, it ensures thorough blending across its chamber, measuring approximately 2,200mm x 1,860mm x 1,430mm. The unit is equipped with two 250mm x 1,000mm air-operated outlet valves for controlled discharge.

A robust bolt-on lid (1,835mm x 1,440mm) includes hinged covers for easy access and cleaning, along with charge ports for efficient material loading. Side inspection ports (900mm x 580mm, 900mm x 500mm) and an additional 760mm x 610mm hinged cover allow for quick monitoring and maintenance.

Powered by a 22 kW geared drive running at approximately 30 RPM, this mixer is built for high-performance applications.
