Blending Room Control System

To design & build replacement control panel for 7 off tanks and supply of switches / sensors as follows:

Stainless steel enclosure with door interlocked isolator

Siemens PLC /Control gear – safety functions via S7-1500 safety PLC.

Siemens Unified CC 12” HMI

8 x Siemens 5.5KW Inverters c/w ATEX thermistor modules

EWON remote access module.

Each tank to have I/O and ATEX barriers for the following:

Emergency Stop

High Level Switch – Vega / Sick

Level Sensor – Vega / Sick

Temperature Sensor- Vega / Sick

4 x Applied Weighing Load cells & mounts & Profinet amplifier (resolution 2.5 KG +/-

Outputs for Control Valves with Feedback

Lid Safety Switch

Pumps:

Outputs for 5 off ingredient supply Diaphragm Pumps each with Flowmeter.

Outputs for 3 off Line Feed Diaphragm Pumps each with Flowmeter.

Includes on site commissioning.

Excludes any installation costs / materials.
