Rigal Bennett Vertical Dough Sheeter

New stainless steel vertical dough sheeter chamber with 1,850 mm face with twin drive split section horizontal bed.  Each bed section has two rollers mounted at 90 degrees to the moving conveyor dough feed  bed.  With chain drive 360 degree rotation driven by 055 kW 44 Rpm geared motor drive on each side.  Mounted in Stainless Steel support chamber with adjustable gap level with 4 off screw type lockable jacks located on each corner.  Overall size 1,850 mm x 910 mm x 380 mm tall.  With stainless steel perforated hinged lid for viewing during production and access to clean, with safety limit switches to suit application.
