Product Description:
The R&B Continuous Inline Shearhead Dry Powder-Liquid Mixer is designed for high-performance industrial mixing. Equipped with a flameproof Zone 1 rated 22kw, 3-phase motor operating at 2,880rpm, it ensures efficient powder-liquid blending. The chamber features corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel 316 contact parts and a general-purpose Shearhead screen with a mechanical seal for reliable operation. Product is feed in through a 2.1/2" Tri-Clover liquid inlet combined with a 150L cone-shaped powder feed hopper, with a 2" Tri-Clover bottom outlet and hand-operated ball valve allowing controlled discharge.
