Used - in good working condition

  1. Capacity: 1,000 liters

    • This represents the volume the mixing pan can hold, making it suitable for large-scale production processes.
  2. Material: Stainless Steel (S/S)

    • Stainless steel is commonly used in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries due to its corrosion resistance, durability, and ease of cleaning.
  3. Hemispherical Design:

    • Hemispherical pans are often used in heating and mixing processes because the shape allows for even heating and mixing. It ensures that materials do not settle in corners, improving product consistency.
  4. Jacketed (JKTD):

    • A jacketed mixing pan has a double wall. The space between the walls (the jacket) allows for the circulation of heating or cooling fluids (usually steam or water) to control the temperature of the product inside.
  5. Scraped Surface:

    • Scraped surface agitators are used to continuously scrape the inner surface of the pan during mixing. This prevents product buildup, ensures better heat transfer, and is ideal for viscous or sticky products.
  6. Mixing Mechanism:

    • The scraped surface mechanism is driven by the 7.5 kW motor. The power of the motor indicates it’s designed for robust and continuous operation, particularly important when dealing with heavy or viscous materials.

Applications:

  • Food industry: Cooking sauces, creams, pastes, jams, etc.
  • Pharmaceutical industry: Mixing of creams, ointments, gels.
  • Chemical industry: Formulating viscous substances.
